Minn. Stat. 182.653 subd. 2: The employer did not furnish to each employee, conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which caused or were likely to cause death or serious injury to employees: Upon OSHI's arrival 2 employees were observed to be working from a telescopic straight boom lift. The employees were not tied off and were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 to 15 feet above grade level.
