Minn. Stat. 182.653 subd. 2: The employer did not furnish to each employee, conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which caused or were likely to cause death or serious injury to employees: An emplyee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 15 feet while working from a platform that was suspended by a forklift. The platform did not have guardrails, and the employee was not wearing a personal fall arrest system.
