d)Storage and Sawing Area, on or about 7/12/04: The lifting hook mounted on a Hercules Industries model B1-644 lifting boom which supports the Aardwolf friction-type pressure gripping below-the-hook lifting device was not being inspected using frequent and periodic procedures as specified in American Society of Mechanical Engineers ASME B30.10-1993. ABATEMENT NOTE: One means of abatement would be to ensure that the lifting hook be inspected per American Society of Mechanical Engineers ASME B30.10- 1993, Chapter 10-1, Section 10-1.2.
