North Carolina General Statute 95-129(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of North Carolina: The employer did not furnish each of his employees conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall from a boom supported elevating work platform: a)site-employee fo Spry Welding and Fabrication, working in the work area of a supported elevating work platform at heights of from 6 to 16 feet, was not hooked to a fall protection device IAW para 13.2(6) and 13.2.6 ANSI A92.5-1980.
