Minn. Stat. 182.653 subd. 2: The employer did not furnish to each employee, conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which caused or were likely to cause death or serious injury to employees: Three employees were observed working out of a JLG type aerial lift without the use of a personal fall arrest system or a fall restraint system. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet and one employee was observed sitting on the top rail of the guardrail system while the lift was elevated.
