Minn. Stat. 182.653 subd. 2: The employer did not furnish to each employee, conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which caused or were likely to cause death or serious injury to employees: Two employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet while working in a forklift platform basket without using personal fall arrest systems. The oversized platform basket attached to the forklift could also cause tipping hazards by extending more than 10 inches past the wheel base.
