Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: a- Outside Yard - Employees driving the TCM propane forklift truck failed to wear seat belts when the truck was equipped with such safety devices. Worker(s) are exposed to tipping hazards when transporting granite slabs throughout the yard and into the production area. Condition noted on or about 7/29/03.n
