Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to being caught in between dock and trucks: a) Rintel Loading Dock: A bakery worker was not provided with the lever bar with which to safely operate the dock plate, on or about February 15, 2005. b) Rintel Loading Dock: A bakery worker was not trained in the operation of the dock plate, on or about February 15, 2005. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement of this hazard is to acquire the proper dock lever and to provide training to any employees who operate the dock board in accordance with ANSI/ASME MH14.1 "Loading Dock Levelers and Dockboards"
