29 CFR 1926.651(e): Employee was not prohibited from being underneath loads handled by lifting or digging equipment: On or about 11/20/02, a) Employer allowed employees to work in the area under and within the swing radius of the bucket being used to load excavated material into a dump truck. NOTE: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the inspection case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement of this violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.
