N.C.G.S. 95-129(1): The grower/employer did not furnish to each employee conditions of employment and place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that the employees were exposed to: 1) A live electrical source of 120 volts from a wire cut upon removal of a stove vent hood. 2) A live electrical outlet of 220 volts for AC electrical access. 3) Live 120 volt duplex outlets with exposed electrical parts in bedroom #1; #2; & #3. All violations are located in a Mobile Home owned by Hershel Young and operated as migrant housing at #2 on Nordan Street, Angier,NC.
