ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED 12-60-2(a)(3)The employer did not provide safe work places and practices by elimination or reduction of existing or potential hazards; i,e., during the moving of large and heavy objects on carts and/or dollies, while on a steep loading dock ramp with a fifteen degree slope angle, employees were exposed to body strains as well as being struck by these objects being moved.
