Among feasible methods to secure welding cylinders; position at a wall and place a chain attached to the wall around the cylinders: (a)Warehouse Tire Shredding Area, Southwest Exit - Approximately five welding gas cylinders were free standing near shredder #3, the final shredder of three. These cylinders were within fifteen feet of the southwest exit door. Several employees work in this area, monitoring the shredding process and cleaning up tire fluff.
