KRS 338.031(1)(a): Each employer did not furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that are causing or was likely to cause death or serious physical harm to his employees: a. On or around March 04, 2002, the employer did not ensure the safety of the employees when using a 3/8" Wellington Con. Cordage Sisal Rope to erect a fire tower, located at the jobsite, which broke during use.
