Title 40.1-51.1(a), Code of Virginia: B I Distribution Center did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Possible injury resulting from fork truck accidents. Seatbelts, installed on powered industrial trucks, were not worn at all times by the operators. Abatement Note: One feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to require powered industrial truck operators to wear seatbelts at all times.lts
