Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer failed to provide a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a. Employees working from the Terex TB 60 extendable boom aerial lift were exposed to injuries from falls due to the lack of fall protection as required by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI A92.5 - 1992) Standard for Boom - Supported Elevating Work Platforms.
