T.C.A. 50-3-105(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: In that the employees working as yard hands are not protected from heavy equipment (tractors, bulldozers, back hoes, graders, etc.) falling on them as they remove salvable parts.
