Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: (a) Center of the plant yard - Bobcat Loader, F-Series Model 873/SN 514120338 - Back- up alarm was not installed, hazard of being struck-by equipment. One feasible abatement method is to install an audible back-up warning alarm. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION NOT REQUIRED
