Receive serious injuries due to fall of the Digger Trademark Newholland, serial #00001198, model LB75. The employees were checking hidraulic fluid leak under the Digger with the stabilizer and bucket raised 4 feet high approximately from the ground. The machine was located at the construction site, at the entrance, south side. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to use the correct jacks to raise the machine. a. Los empleados estaban chequeando un escape de liquido hidraulico debajo del "Digger" levantado con los estabilizadores y el cucharon a 4 pies alto aproximadamente desde el suelo. La maquina estaba localizada en el sitio en construccion, en la entrada, lado sur. Entre otros metodos, un metodo aceptable y posible de corregir este riesgo es usar los gatos correctos para levantar la maquina.
