ORS654.010: The employer did not furnish a place of employment which was safe and healthful for employees, and did not do every other thing reasonably necessary to protect the life, safety, and health of the employees: (a) The general contractor, Lone Oak Construction Company, did not provide a safe work place for the 3 employees of framing subcontractor, Daniel Homer, as evidenced by the unguarded 2nd story windows and balcony doorways at the above site.
