Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is installing to the machine a guard that avoid employees have contact with rotating parts not utilized in the operation. En el Area de Corte - maquina lijadora de fabricacion casera (1500/1800rpm, 75 wats y 115 voltios) no tenia resguardo cubriendo partes en rotacion no utilizadas por el empleado cuando pulia los bordes de las tarjetas electronicas. Entre otros, un metodo factible y aceptable de corregir este riesgo es instalando a la maquina una guarda que evite que el empleado tenga contacto con partes en rotacion no utilizadas en la operacion. Riesgo: Cortaduras y abrasiones por contacto fisico con partes en rotacion.
