Section 5(A)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish to employees employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) 1st floor; b) 2nd floor; c) 3rd floor; Employees exposed to the hazard of being caught in machine, were using three Rigid 300 Electric Pipe Threaders, which were not provided with a constant pressure foot treadle control switch as required by American National Standards Institute, ANSI B208.1-1982, Sect 4.4, which is one feasible and acceptable method of abatement. Violation occurred on or before 10/13/99
