The employees were observed performing clerical tasks. Hazard: Slips and falls. Among other correction method , some feasible and acceptable methods to correct this hazard is repair the ceiling. En el Departamento de la Familia, Rio Piedras IV, existia evidencia de filtraciones de agua en la paredes, debido al deterioro del techo. Los empleados fueron observados realizando tareas de oficina. Riesgo: Resbalones y caidas. Entre otros metodos de correccion un metodo factible y aceptable para corregir este riesgo es reparar el techo.r
