The employer did not ensure that each affected employee who wears prescription lenses while engaged in operations that involve eye hazards wore eye protection that incorporates the prescription in its design, or wear eye protection that can be worn over the prescription lenses without disturbing the proper position of the prescription lenses or the protective lenses. a) Building Supplies-Right Rear of Store- On or about 20 March 2012- CSHO observed employee operating panel saw without wearing goggles or other protective eyewear over his prescription eyeglasses.
