29 CFR 1917.26(d)(1): Stretchers were not permanently equipped with bridles for attaching to the hoisting gear: a) PNCT, Berth 59, Vessel CSCL Felixstowe, at the base of Paceco Panamax Quay Crane #3. The Stokes Basket rescue litter attached to the base of Crane 3 was not permanently equipped with bridles as the cargo-type hooks of the bridle can become disengaged from the frame of the litter as had been observed with one leg of the bridle. Violation observed on about 06/14/2012.
