29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Where powered industrial trucks were found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe, the trucks were not taken out of service until they had been restored to safe operating condition: (a) On or about January 30, 2012, in the warehouse, for employees moving cases of beer and liquor, while using four electric Yale fork lift trucks that had defective back-up alarms. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM.
