29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system: (a) The Best Workers at 2223 A St, in Greeley, CO 80631: On January 25, 2012 the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that approximately nine employees installing shingles on a 4-in-12 pitch roof on a one-story residential home were not utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 9 feet.
