29 CFR 1926.502(d): The employer used body belts as part of a personal fall arrest system: On or about June 23, 2026, at 7022 Parma Park Blvd., Parma Heights, OH 44130, the employer failed to ensure employees installing weatherproofing on a residential roof were protected from a fall of approximately 16 feet from a 9:12 pitch roof in that only a positioning body belts were worn which are prohibited from use in personal fall arrest systems.
