29 CFR 1910.243(c)(4): The angular exposure on the grinding wheel periphery and sides for safety guard(s) used on portable grinding machine(s) exceeded 180 degrees: At a temporary site location at 3725 Metcalf Ave, Overland Park, Kansas, employees engaged in machining activities were exposed to amputation hazards in that a Makita 5.0 Ah 18v side grinder being used to grind metal sheets did not have a guard.
