29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: On or about January 31, 2026, on the elevated platform for the Bagasse conveyor belt (BCR12 Head Shaft) at the establishment located at 1500 George Wedgworth Way, Belle Glade, Florida, an employee was exposed to amputation hazards when clearing a running conveyor belt used to transport bagasse with a 4-foot pneumatic air-wand attached to a pneumatic hose.
