29 CFR 1910.179(n)(3)(v): While any employee is on the load or hook, there shall be no hoisting, lowering, or traveling. On or about January 27,2026 at a work location located at 3060 Eggers Ave, Cleveland Ohio 44105 the employer did not ensure that employees that changed a crane attachment was protected from struck by hazards by ensuring that the load of an overhead crane was not in motion prior to the ground employee accessing/egressing the block to unplug/plug in the electric cord via a walkthrough set of steps.
