29 CFR 1910.178(n)(4):Industrial truck driver(s) were not required to travel with the load trailing whenever the load obstructed forward view: a) On 1/21/2026 at workplace located at 4511 East Osborne Ave., Tampa, FL 33610: Employees were exposed to struck by hazards in that they were allowed operate forklifts going forward when the operator's vision was obstructed by the load they were carrying.
