29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2):Each exit must be clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit." a. On or about December 30, 2025, emergency exits at the Mod Dock that were used by employees to evacuate the establishment in the event of a fire emergency evacuation were not marked with appropriate "Exit" signs, exposing employees to a fire hazard.
