29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. Location - Sample lab and R&D lab. On or about 12/18/2025, the aisles and walkways in the lab spaces were not kept in an orderly condition to allow employees safe exit from the spaces in the event of an emergency.
