Bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers shall be stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they are stable and secure against sliding or collapse. a) 645 Commercial Park, Cape Coral, FL - on or about 12/2/2025, an employee was exposed to a struck by hazard, in that, a pallet of steel plaster mesh on the 3rd level of a cantilever storage rack was not securely stored to prevent from falling.
