29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1):A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: 1. On or about November 24, 2025 at the jobsite: the employer did not implement a written respiratory protection program that addressed the worksite-specific procedures such as but not limited to employee medical evaluation, fit testing, selection of respirators, training on the use and maintenance and care of the respirator.
