29 CFR 1910.95(c)(1): The employer did not administer a continuing, effective hearing conservation program as described in 29 CFR 1910.9(c) through (o) whenever employee noise exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average sound level of 85 decibels measured on the A scale, or equivalently a dose of fifty percent: At the work site located at 2401 Southwest Parkway St. Joseph Missouri: Employees were exposed to noise hazards. Noise levels exceeded an 8-hour time-weighted average sound level of 85 decibels on the A scale on January 14th 2026, and the employer has not implemented and administered a hearing conservation program. This was shown in instances: a.) A welding employee was exposed to 90.2 dBA over a period of 424 minutes on January 14, 2026. b.) A powder coat employee was exposed to 90.0 dBA over a period of 382 minutes on January 14, 2026.
