29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form: On or about November 19, 2025 and at times thereafter, the employer did not evaluate the respiratory hazards for employees working on the back of the line as dry end, coater, and surfacing operators who are exposed to hazards associated with chemicals such as asphalt fumes which is contained in asphalt filled coating used in the manufacturing of roofing materials.
