29 CFR 1910.252(c)(1)(ii): When welding had to be performed in a space entirely screened on all sides, the screens were not so arranged that no serious restriction of ventilation exited and to protect nearby workers from the glare of welding: a. At the Quality Control Station, located at 140 Ellis Rd South, in Jacksonville, FL: On or about October 24,2025, the employer exposed employees to eye injuries hazards, in that employees were required to perform welding operations in spaces that were not entirely screened on all sides, exposing other employees to ultraviolet radiation.
