29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling. (a) In the paint prep area - On or about September 17, 2025, employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards, in that relocatable power taps were not used and installed in accordance with the instructions in the UL listing, where two relocatable power taps were series connected and not individually connected to branch circuit receptacles.
