At the worksite, located at 2307 E Busch Blvd Tampa, FL 33612; On or about 8/19/25, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards in that head protection was not provided for employees who were at ground level as roofers who worked above were throwing roof shingles and debris to the ground.
