29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4):Ladders were used for purposes other than the purposes for which they were designed: a) On or about July 30, 2025, at the jobsite located at 3434 Gin Lane, NAPLES, FL 34102, an employee was exposed to a 6.5 feet fall hazard while accessing a 24-foot fiberglass Werner Extension Ladder (Model No. D6224-2) and not having its locks properly engaged.
