29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v):(v) A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in 29 CFR part 1910, subpart I, shall be worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. On or about August 7, 2025 an employee was not protected from a fall while working from an aerial bucket truck without the use of fall protection, exposing the employee to a fall of approximately 25 feet. No abatement documentation or certification is required for this item.
