29 CFR 1910.179(n)(3)(i): The load was not well secured and properly balanced in the sling or lifting device before it was lifted more than a few inches. On or about July 25, 2025, and at times prior, in the Metro Parts section of Toshiba International, the load was not properly secured and balanced when an employee was moving large metal rods from receiving to the storage cradles.
