29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a) 9133 Salida St. Commerce City, CO 80022: On or about July 26, 2025, the employer did not ensure that frequent and regular inspections were being conducted to ensure that employees were not exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet while conducting framing on a new residential build.
