29 CFR 1910.38(d): The employer did not have and maintain an employee alarm system with a distinctive signal for each purpose so that it complied with the requirements of 1910.165 On or about July 23, 2025 in the milling and production areas; employees were working around combustible dust without an adequate alarm system while performing milling work at the facility.
