1926.503(c)(3) Inadequacies in an affected employee's knowledge or use of fall protection systems or equipment indicate that the employee has not retained the requisite understanding or skill. a) 1800 East Park Ave, State College, PA: On or about June 30, 2025, employees were working on a roof approximately 30 feet above grade with multiple exposed edges, but did not have an adequate and complete fall protection system in place. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
