29 CFR 1910.23(b)(8): The employer did not ensure that ladders are used only for the purposes for which they were designed. On or about 25 June 2025, employees of Gilster-Mary Lee Corporation, located at 615 Old St. Marys Road in Perryville, Missouri, were exposed to fall hazards. Employees were using a 6-foot A-frame ladder to access a space within Sugar Coat 1 Oven that was over 6 feet high.
