29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii): a) Jobsite located at or near 5800 City Ave. Philadelphia, PA- On or about June 24, 2025,. employees conducting masonry activities were utilizing a Franco Act 8 Mast climbing work platform that was not fully planked, on the outrigger section exposing employees to fall hazards of approximately 60 feet.
