29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition: (a)Watertown Ford Chrysler at 1600 9th Avenue Southeast, Watertown, SD 57201: On or about and at times prior to June 12, 2025, the employer did not ensure that the floor grates that cover the pit opening in the Quick Lane department were free of holes and corrosion. This condition exposes employees to slips, trips and fall hazards. (b)Watertown Ford Chrysler at 1600 9th Avenue Southeast, Watertown, SD 57201: On or about and at times prior to June 12, 2025, the employer did not ensure that the coverings to the floor drain in the Service department were free of holes and corrosion. This condition exposes employees to slips, trips and fall hazards.
