OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the hazards of being struck-by or crushed by a powered industrial truck which was operated on unstable ground. a) 112 Blue Wave Drive, Santa Rosa Beach, FL; On or about June 9, 2025; employees were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards in that employees were allowed to operate powered industrial trucks such as, but not limited to, a Quattrolift motorized hand truck.
